How we pack it
The rules pinned above our pass
Brunch is the hardest food to deliver — toast goes limp, fries steam themselves soft, granola drowns. So we wrote down how every order leaves the kitchen, and the list is on the wall where the team can see it.
- Fries ride in their own vented sleeve, never under the bread, so they arrive crisp instead of steamed.
- Sauces, maple butter, guacamole and coconut cream go in separate cups. You pour, we do not.
- Smoothie-bowl granola is bagged apart and taped to the lid — soggy granola is not a smoothie bowl.
- Anything toasted or fried gets a vented lid. A sealed lid is a steam room, and sourdough deserves better.
- Avocado toasts are assembled last, right as the rider walks in.

Three of these are our own call — each is built around something a 20-minute ride destroys — and the fourth is simply Thai law. We would rather you knew now than found out when the bag arrived.

Dirty Coffee & Dirty Bloom
The layered pour over cold milk is the whole point of the drink, and it mixes into flat brown coffee on a motorbike.

Beer
Thai law does not allow alcohol to be sold by electronic means, so no delivery app in the country carries it.

How do I order delivery from Thongyib Thongyod?
Open the Grab app and search “Thongyib Thongyod”, or tap any “Order delivery” button on thongyibthongyod.com — the link opens our GrabFood store directly. We deliver every day from 8:00 to 18:00.
Which delivery app are you on?
GrabFood — it is the app most widely used across Krabi, and the only one we are on, so ordering through Grab is the only way to get our food delivered. Everything else goes through the counter: walk in, or call ahead and collect.
Do you deliver to my hotel in Ao Nang?
If your hotel address is inside GrabFood’s delivery radius, yes — that covers most of Ao Nang, Nopparat Thara and Khlong Haeng. Enter your address in the Grab app and it will tell you instantly whether we reach you, along with the fee and the wait.
Are delivery prices higher than in the cafe?
No — our menu prices on GrabFood are the same ones you would pay sitting at the water table. Grab adds its own delivery fee and any service charge at checkout, which is set by Grab rather than by us.
What are your delivery hours?
The same as the cafe: every day, 8:00 to 18:00. Orders placed near closing may not make it, so the kitchen appreciates a little runway — 17:30 is a safer last call than 17:58.
How long does delivery take?
Most Ao Nang orders arrive within 30–45 minutes, depending on how far you are and how busy the kitchen is. The Grab app gives you a live estimate before you confirm, which is more accurate than anything we could promise here.
Is the whole menu available for delivery?
Almost all of it — 139 dishes and drinks are on GrabFood. A handful stay in the cafe because they genuinely do not survive the trip: ice cream arrives as soup, the Dirty Coffee’s layered pour mixes into flat brown coffee on a motorbike, and the jug-style mocktails are built over ice in a stemmed glass. Beer is not on any delivery app in Thailand — the law does not allow alcohol to be sold electronically.
Can I order coffee on delivery?
Yes — the signature coffees, classic espresso drinks, matcha and iced teas all travel, and they go out sealed. The two Dirty coffees are the exception: their whole point is a cold-milk layer that survives about four minutes in a bag.
Can I order ahead and pick it up myself?
Yes — choose self pick-up in the Grab app, or simply call +66 99 540 0080 and we will have it boxed and waiting at the counter. Parking is right next to the cafe.
Something was missing from my delivery order — what do I do?
Report it in the Grab app first, since Grab handles refunds and driver issues directly. Then message us on WhatsApp at +66 99 540 0080 — we would rather hear about it and fix it than have you quietly stop ordering.
