We grew up in Isan, in Thailand's northeast. The current Thai menu ranges from three pad kra pao and three fried-rice choices to teriyaki, grilled chicken, mackerel and shrimp.
The menu places one chili marker beside the three pad kra pao dishes, Spicy Grilled Chicken, Spicy Fried Mackerel and Spicy Grilled Shrimp. It does not define a multi-level spice scale; ask the team what adjustments are possible.
