Ours are blended thick to order from real fruit, topped generously, and each one is built around a purpose: antioxidants after too much sun, vitamin C when the whole hostel is sneezing, slow-burn energy before a climbing day at Railay.

How we build them

The difference a smoothie bowl makes in Thailand is the fruit itself — mango, banana and passion fruit ripened in this heat rather than shipped green and chilled. We blend the base thick enough to stand a spoon in, then load the toppings: granola, coconut, fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey.

Yes — the Berry Bliss bowl blends açaí with strawberry, mixed berries, banana and yogurt. Each bowl is blended to order, never pre-frozen slabs.
Are the bowls vegetarian or vegan?
All four bowls are vegetarian (they contain yogurt). If you need dairy-free, our smoothies and cold-pressed juices are fruit-only — just ask the team.
