The bread is the point
Avocado that stays on the toast
Everything here is built on the same naturally leavened sourdough from a local artisan baker — a recipe we've refined with them since we opened in 2020. It's sturdy enough that the avocado stays on the bread, not the plate, with a crust that actually crackles under the knife.
The mash goes on thick and fresh, seasoned simply. Then it's a fork in the road: an egg on top, smoked salmon, tomato, mushroom or caprese — five directions from one good slice.

Start with price: the Avocado Egg Toast and Mushroom Avocado Toast are both 179฿, Tomato Avocado is 199฿, Caprese Avocado 249฿, and the Salmon Avocado Toast tops the list at 269฿. Four of the five are vegetarian — only the salmon isn't. More meat-free dishes live on our vegetarian page.

When to come
No brunch-hours cutoff
We serve avocado toast from open to close, 8:00–18:00 every day — a 15:00 order is as welcome as a 9:00 one. Mornings before 10:00 are the quietest, with the best light on the water table and its fish pond.
Find us inside Ao Nang Landmark (Sealay Village) in Khlong Haeng: a five-minute walk from Nopparat Thara Beach, about ten minutes by car from central Ao Nang Beach, with parking on site.
Build a breakfast
From one toast to a proper morning
A single toast is a solid breakfast; two additions turn it into the full Ao Nang morning. The usual play at our tables: an avocado toast, a cold-pressed juice (the Green Boost — celery, guava, green apple, pineapple — is the natural partner), and something from the espresso machine. If you're splitting with someone, order two different toasts and trade halves — the egg-and-salmon swap is the classic negotiation.
Bigger appetites go sideways instead of up: the same sourdough carries our whole toast and sandwich lineup, from bacon-and-scrambled-eggs in the morning to grilled sandwiches at lunch. Same baker, same crackle, different day.
