Rule of thumb: juice when you want something clean and quick — a Pure Orange or Apple Ginger next to breakfast; smoothie when you want it to double as a snack — the mango and the coconut are the ones guests order on repeat. Everything is made when you order it, from 8:00 in the morning until we close at 18:00.

No mystery blends — this is the full recipe card, straight from the kitchen. Pure Orange is 100% orange. Carrot is carrot rounded out with pineapple. Carrot Beet adds green apple, lime and beetroot to the base. Apple Ginger runs green apple, guava, ginger and pineapple. Tropical C stacks tomato, passion fruit, carrot, guava and pineapple; Sunny Boost goes carrot, orange, guava and pineapple; and Green Boost — the one for people who want to taste a vegetable before noon — is celery, guava, green apple and pineapple.

You'll notice pineapple doing quiet work in most of them: it sweetens and smooths the vegetable-forward presses without a spoonful of anything added.
