Any cafe in Krabi will sell you a cappuccino. We wanted a list that couldonly exist in this corner of Ao Nang — so our baristas spent the quiet years building eleven signature coffees around Thai flavours:lemongrass and chili from the tom yum pot, coconut flower nectar from the south, Thai lime and local mint.
Underneath all of it is one premium house blend — a medium roast of Laos, Brazil and Colombia beans with chocolate-and-nut notes — pulled on espresso for the classics and layered into the signatures. Every signature coffee is99฿, hot or iced.
The Popular Coffee (espresso, milk, caramel and actual popcorn) gets called "aromatic"; the Tom Yum cold brew gets called "such a unique flavour". Between them they're the reason people come back three mornings in a row.

Tom Yum coffee, explained
It started as an experiment during the slow 2020 seasons and stayed on the menu because guests wouldn't let it go: espresso built over ginger, lemongrass, bergamot, chili, lime and soda — the aromatics of Thailand's most famous soup, rebuilt as a sparkling iced coffee.
It sounds impossible and tastes like a discovery — bright, herbal, a little savoury under the sweetness.
